Well he's signed on to continue in the Christmas Special, as well as the 3 other specials they'll air in 2009 due to his theater schdule at the end of this year. No word yet if he'll retutn for Season 5 in 2010. I hope he does at least that one before leaving.
The only hope I do have is that they'll show evening games on BBC3 for a while...
Perhaps the Dalek invasion will end now Davies is going? Its fair enough bringing old enemies in, but it should be only once or twice per breed, Daleks over and over feels downright lazy. I'm assuming (what with Rose and all) that the season finale will once again be Daleks. The end of David Tennant we think?
I'm pretty sick of Daleks now. I mean, it would be cool to see Davros again (if he really is going to be the "big surprise" in the finale), buth this will be the THIRD out of FOUR season finales featuring the Daleks. It's just gettign old now.
Um... if they know what's good for them, they better bloody well NOT interrupt the show again this season.
There may be a chance Dr Who is interrupted once more since Euro2008 is just around the corner. England may not be in it, but if the BBC have payed to show it all they will come hell or high water...or Daleks for that matter. So I hope once it starts again on Saurday its safe, but not keeping my fingers crossed
