Still, the odds of contracting the swine flu are just about as bad as contracting the regular flu during flu season. It only looks worse to us right now because of all the media attention being put on this newfangled strain.

Yes, I was very relieved when they told me it was just bronchitis. ^^; I hope she gets better soon, but I'm not sure. She's very workaholic when it comes to school, she hates taking time off and that means it always takes her a long time to get over being sick. -3-;

Phew! Not great news about her being sick, of course, but at least it wasn't something worrisomely worse ^_^;

Actually it's not really stretching it. In the last couple of months several people in Florida have died of swine flu, and this week on the news there was a report from another county about 12 confirmed cases in kids from 11 different schools. o3o

Although the thought of swine flu was honestly stretching it, I'm glad she didn't have even the regular sort of flu or anything else of an unsavory nature. Hope she gets better soon!
