Lui ran home from the cafe but slipped on some ice and feel on his face but he quickly got up and continued to run. He made it home with a few bruises on his arms from falling.
"Im home!" he shouted.
He was greeted with a rock to the face.
"Welcome home little bro!" Chen shouted.
He glared up at his brother who was sitting on the roof with Mai.
"You have a good time on your little adventure?" he asked.
"Yes i did and i found a place where they teach martial arts." he replied.
His brother hopped down from the roof and walked over to him and place his hand of his shoulder.
"Remember i told you about those places."
"Never go to them unless you or uncle runs them."
Chen smiled and patted his head.
"Good boy now get inside before you die from the cold." he said.
Lui ran inside and into his room and wrapped a blanket around himself. As he wrapped the blanket around him his hat fell off he picked it up and examined it.
"I dont remember it being this dirty and when did this hole get there?!" he thought.
He hugged the hat and feel onto his bed.
"I dont want to throw it away Ana gave it to me and she will die if i threw it away and i dont have any other hats cause i sold them all for to help mom." he thought.
Lui laid on his bed thinking of ways to fix his hat when Mai walked in with a her hands behind her back. He looked over at her and smiled.
"Hey sweet what do you need?" he asked.
She walked over to him and but a box on his legs, he looked at the box then at Mai.
"What is in here?" he asked.
"Dont ask just open it!" she shouted.
Lui opened up the box and saw a hat that looked similar to his inside, he picked up Mai and hugged her tightly.
"I love you so much right now Mai!" he shouted.
"Lui I cant breathe." she choked out.
Lui stopped hugging her and placed her on the floor and she quickly ran away.
"No wait Mai let me love you!" he shouted.
He ran after her and chased her all around the house and out the door before he glomped her.
"Caught you! Now for running away you are going to get punished." he said happily.
Mai gave him a confused look and Lui just smiled and tickled her.
"Lui stop!" she shouted laughing.
He just smiled and laughed and continued to tickled her.
"What are you doing?"
He looked up at the voice.
"oh hello Calista." he said.
