Kirin Aston Chapter 1

Once upon a time Kirin was sitting in her room reading her favorite manga when someone knocked on her door.
"Kirin your grandfather has something he wants to show you." the voice said.
"Coming grandma." She replied.
She placed her manga face down and quickly grabbed her bag and wrapped her scarf around her neck and ran out of her room almost hitting her grandmother.
"No need to rush." her grandmother said.
Kirin let out an embarrassed smile then quickly put on her shoes and went out the door. She went around back and saw her grandfather standing by the woods.
"Ah there you are Kirin." he said with a smile.
"What do you need grandpa?" she asked.
"Follow me." he said.
He walked into the woods and Kirin quickly followed behind him. He lead her to a pond that was frozen over he smiled at her.
"Since you love to ice skate so much we asked a nice young man to make a pond so you can go ice skating in whenever you are here." he explained.
Kirin stared at the pond with excitement then ran over to her grandfather and hugged him.
"Thank you thank you thank you!" She shouted.
"No need to thank me. Im going to head back so have fun with your skating but remember you have to come back before it gets too dark." he said.
Kirin nodded and got her skates from the bag and put them on. She threw a rock on the ice and waited a few minutes then made her way to ice and began to skate. She smiled as she felt the wind hit her face while hearing the sound of her skates on the ice her mind quickly went somewhere else.
"Kirin!? Is that you!?"
Kirin quickly looked over at the shore and saw her friend Robin standing there.
"Robin!" She shouted with glee.
She skated over to her and hugged her.
"My baby has returned to me!" She shouted.
She felt Robin hug her back then knee her in the stomach. Kirin let her go and held her stomach.
"Why dont you love me." Kirin said with fake hurt voice.
"Kirin what are you doing here?" Robin asked.
"Why you never answer me!" She thought.
"My grandparents live here I staying here until it the weather becomes warmer."She said.
While she was catching up with Robin she heard some one else's voice.
“Hello, Pleasant weather today, if I do say so myself, I’ve always liked the cold.” the voice said.
She looked over at the owner of the voice and saw some blonde boy standing there. She looked at him up and down and frowned.
"I dont like this one. Doesnt seem so nice." She thought.
"Oh it's just you Alex." Robin said.
Kirin looked over at the boy who was apoarching them she quickly stood in front of Robin.
"Dont come near my baby!" She hissed.
The boy gave her a confused looked.
"Umm what?" He asked.
"This is my best friend Kirin." Robin said.
She quickly hugged Robin and glared at the boy.
"Anyways nice to meet you Kirin." He said.
Kirin didnt reply instead she stuck her head in the air. She looked at the sky and saw the sun was setting.
"Oh my I have to go or my grandparents will kill me!" She shouted.
She quickly switched her shoes and hugged Robin.
"Goodbye my baby I'll see you around." she said.
Kirin quickly made her way through the forest and back to her grandparent's house and bursted through the door.
"Kirin your back just in time to eat." Her grandmother said.
"Im not hungry grandma." She said.
"What!? Are you sick!?" Her grandmother shrieked.
She felt her forehead while Kirin tried to swat her hands away. Luckly she was able to get her hands away and she ran upstairs and hide on top of her closet shelf.
"Haha she'll never find me!" She thought.
Just then the closet opened and she looked down at her grandfather who just closed the closet and walked out of the room. She let out a sigh of relief then she heard the sound of wood snapping she looked at the shelf and saw the wood was breaking she tried to hop off of it but ended up falling with the shelf. She scrambled out from underneath and onto her behind and curled up into a ball.
"Evil shelf evil!" She thought.
