Same thing here. That's why I don't really wait too much for comments like I used to do before. It just isn't how it used to be. I was hoping that the anniversary post would get some response, though, since it is an anniversary post, and I waited 10 years to do it. But after that, it just solidified my belief that a lot of the people here have really moved on already. Oh well.
Like you and I said, it's a quarter-life crisis. I'm glad Goro Shigeno came back just at the right time to help me realize this.
I might feel the same way for FMA: Brotherhood once it ends. Then again, I've completed the first version already, so it probably wouldn't hurt me that much. I guess in the case of Major, you actually saw the character grow up, and I end getting nostalgic whenever I look back.
And if you're worried about One Piece, I'm worried about Detective Conan. What's gonna happen if these long series will end up? Ahh!!! Goodbye childhood, I guess.
I've actually given pro-wrestling a lot of deep thinking, and at the end of the day, I decided it's not going to be a top priority since it's a huge risk, both physically and financially. This wild idea is probably part of my quarter-life crisis, although I'm still not closing my doors to a possible career in pro-wrestling, at least in neighboring Japan.
Thanks for the best wishes, jomz. It's always great to hear from you!
I think the problem with the very low response rate of your our posts here is that the people who have subscribed to us have probably moved on to a better place... *shot* hahahahaha. Though, seriously, my backroom doesn't have a lot of posts made by people, and the ones who do are mostly the ones who would post a comment.
I guess you really are experiencing a quarter-life crisis. But reading your post made me see that you still have a lot of stuff to do. They may sound improbable, but as long as it is not impossible, you may be able to reach that goal!
I know what you mean about a series you really like ending. I felt that way with Full Metal Alchemist. I don't know what I'll feel when One Piece concludes. :/
Well, if you really want to get into Pro-Wrestling, you better start thinking of signature moves, and build your body into something that would be terrifying in the ring!
