I don't know any good site on drawing but here a way to help. If there a bookstore in the art secetion it has some books of how to draw manga. It help me at times. If there no bookstore there well you can either have a person like your brother to pose a drawing, a mirror and do a pose or pictures of friends or family. Trust me I try them and they help XD and if doesn't work me sorry :(. I remember a episode when Brock's mom came in the picture and mention about water gym :o *have lil piece of memory, can't remember it all sorry*>~< Hope I help
haha, I second wht's idea of having Soul pose for you XD Best way to get the exact pose you want. Or do it yourself and have him take the photo. I have a camera phone and there's about ten pictures of my hands on there. And me in a dress because I wanted to know how the folds formed.
hmm well one idea, and I know it sounds kinda crazy, but it can work, is to go looking for textures and refrances for 3D stuff. I can't find the one I used to go to, but alot of them that do have human refrances have lots of posing and just bare bones shapes n' stuff.
Alternatively you could get creative and either pose in front of a mirror and take a picture of it and then use that, or ask your brother to pose for you >p< lol
