Well there is still one thing left... Using torrents! Those will definitely work. Bleach being a popular show, probably gets torrent files to download the right moment the episodes comes out AND you get to download it at your internet maximum speed, again being popular and having many senders.
And torrents have something good... Actually when your connection breaks, you can still continue downloading when it comes back up. It won't break! And even if you would turn off your computer. So for example, you could be downloading a file for days, it won't matter, it will always continue. :)
If you need more info, I can definitely help you, but this way it would work for you to watch it.^^

BUT YOU COULD! :O Well, your connection is probably slow, but the same as my. I have to wait a lot for it, but if your download speed is at least around 30 Kb per sec. then you could buff the video from youtube in about a hour. SO, in other words, when you go here or somewhere else on net, you can just let that it buffs in the background, until you finish here. :3
Takes time, but it is worth it.^^ Or you could just download episode, and then deleted it.
