yay well i know an anime that i watched that im going to read the manga for soon, trinity blood. yeah haha i hate the manga and anime are like different its weird.
Yeah, I remember those days too, but it seems to be starting all over again since VV started because some of my friends went missing @_@
I have lots of titles to recommend, but those are usually the cases where the manga is totally awesome whereas the anime adaptation is downright disappointing :( I've had too many of such encounters *sigh* Examples of such cases include Flame of Recca, Tantei Gakuen Q, Mahou Sensei Negima and Love Hina.
As for anime... you could probably try out Gundam SEED, Fate/Stay Night, Soul Eater and maybe D. Gray-Man (I haven't tried it but many of my school friends are obsessed with it).
Congrats on getting your driver's license! Wow, you're younger than me and already driving... while I have to wait 2 years to get mine >_>
Oh, and talking about portfolios reminds me of something: you forgot to add me 8D
