Hahaha, that's hilarious. I can just imagine you jumping too. =P Still, at least you’ve beaten all of the advanced levels… I haven’t managed to do that yet. o_O
The in-game chatting and stuff is part of Steam and I assume you can use it during any game you launch through Steam. I can use it in Guild Wars if I launch that through Steam rather than through its normal shortcut.
Oh, okay. I do have a hard drive for my xbox 360, but I had already gotten the Orange Box for the PC so I didn't bother to get it again. And yes, I do have a Steam account. It's required for the PC version.
I'm assuming this means that the 360 version doesn't have the chat function... o_O Or something like that. That or having the PC version would just be a lot easier.
I need to disable the sound for messages. o_O Since I didn't have anyone I'd talk to beforehand, I never bothered to explore the options in that area. lol
Yeah level sixteen is definitely one that if you had a real health bar, would have been very, very difficult to complete. I got shot many, many times. More than enough to have killed my character if there was a real health bar. XP

Heh, I was wondering if I could surprise you. It worked out better than I'd hoped. Also, this is why I disabled the sound effects for incoming messages. :p
I just finished the advanced chamber 16, with the turrets. That was extremely annoying. Not especially hard, since I always knew what I needed to do right away, but slow and agonizing to creep around and carefully position all the cubes so I'd have enough cover to get through the room with the door switch. It's a good thing Portal doesn't have a real health meter, though, because on my final push through there I took enough bullets to kill me three times over, just spaced out far enough that I had time to recover.
