Times like that are when all of my customer service experience come in handy. Even if I get a little worn out sometimes. It helps that I've literally spent hours and hours dealing with irate people.

Hmmm... sounds like you had a busy evening. Well take it easy and rest up. Dealing with idiots is almost always a bit tiring so you've definitely earned some time off.

Yeah, the mindless chats can be a great stress reliever. I sometimes drop by there to clear my head or just relax my brain a bit.
