I was living in Northern Utah. Mountain country with cold winters. Now I'm in a flat, hot and dry area that rarely gets more than a light dusting of snow in the winter.
Yeah. Down here I don't have to compete with over 100,000+ students for work since it's a much smaller town. So there is literally less than 15% of the population that actually has more than a GED or High School diploma. And because of one of the major religions here there are also a lot that doesn't have one at all. So it puts me at the top of people in terms of hiring for work.

Wow, that's quite a move! I hope you're able to adjust well in Texas. I also wish you the best of luck with finding a good job. It sounds like you'll do great!
