And I haven't watched either one of those shows. I've kind of gotten out of watching anime at the moment. I've been too caught up in school work lately.
So Kei got the fanwords caught up. That's downright impressive.
Ah, okay. That makes sense. All this talk about its faults has made me want to re-watch it again though, if not only to see if I notice what everyone else is talking about.
Yeah, it's like Beth said. I love .hack, but I also understand its faults and why people tend to dislike it. So even though I'd like for all my friends to love it as much as I do and am disappointed when I hear otherwise, still doesn't stop me from being a fan. ^^
No, I guess that was my point. I didn't mean to imply that you disliked the series. What I meant was "Am I the only one who didn't have any real problems with it (i.e. the pace didn't bother me)?" - it seems like everyone else had the same complaint as you and I don't remember thinking that the last time I watched SIGN through.
See that's the thing, I don't dislike it, I find the whole premise fascinating, I just wish it didn't seem to drag so much. But the slow pace just makes me want to pull my hair out. It's annoying. o_O It could just be me though.
:O I haven't watched sign yet, but have placed roots on indefinite hold... not that I am not enjoying it, just I am filled with backlogs... hahaha...
Wow... 200+ fan words? I could do that too! Though most of them would probably done with me blindfolded and tossing a coin to either approve or reject... or reject them all! ahahahahah *shot*
I haven't watched either one of those shows. I really like mysteries though so perhaps I'll check out Shion no Ou.
I can relate to site work ending up being more than you expected. I have that happen with the category stuff all the time. I go to look at one title and it ends up requiring me to check out a lot of alternate names to help avoid adding a duplicate category to the site.
Oh wow. Kei got the fan words all caught up? Fantastic work Kei! ^_^
I've seen a few episodes of .hack//sign. I didn't make it to episode eleven before I stopped watching it though. I got tired of it quicker than that.^^
Oh a murder mystery? ._. Now I'll bug you for a copy since I like mysteries and I need something new to watch.
Aha! So you're doing promotions now. XD That's great though. I can't go any further myself, since I'm not interested in that angel program, but I know a lot of other members like getting promoted.
So Kei went through all of those in a week? o_O That's impressive. Great work Kei! ^_^

When I watched SIGN, I marathoned all 26 episodes in about a twelve hour period. The goal was to keep myself awake until the next evening after staying up all night. I'm amazed it worked.
If you like murder mysteries, then you'd definitely enjoy Shion no Ou. For once, even though the show tried to mislead me, I actually figured out who it was. =P
ooo...never seen either of those but i think i may now since you said that Shion no Ou was good. Wow...Kei got through a lot of fan words that is pretty awesome.

Ah, I see. I think Miss Anonymous is fine with the pacing. XD She is a huge .hack fan after all. I'm not sure why it bothers me though. Heh.

Am I the only one who really liked .hack//SIGN? Maybe it was a little slow at times but that never really bothered me.

Just glad to help. ;p
Also, I've finally realized I never finished SIGN, which is probably also due to pacing. Music is to die for, though.

Hahah, I completely understand about SIGN. I think Roots is a bit better about pacing, but yeah. >o>
Wow, way to go Kei! That sure takes a lot of patience to get through all those.

I'm having the same problem with .hack//sign. The pacing is blah. But the other, Shion no Ou, I'm already up to episode 15. lol
Also, like I said in chat, Kei is always awesome. ♥
