ROFL, it DOES affect us, right? One of my friends used to plat Dead Space too... And he lives ALONE with his CAT! So... 2 AM, he's playing in the DARK, and his cat runs into his room, eyes flashing in the dark! Now that's scary, LOL.
ROFL!! Did you jump out of your skin? HAHA I can't remember what I was playing, but my brother was telling me it was kinda freaky. I told him he was just being a whimp, and that I wasn't affected at all. Well...he went to bed, and I went out to make the coffee for the next morning....and I started thinking about what he said...then something fell and I got so scared I couldn't even scream. LOL I just stood there. Then I laughed it off...for letting it get to me. XD
It didn't give me nightmares, BUT... Let's just say that it's not HEALTHY playing it until 3 AM, and having to walk to the kitchen for a glass of water, later, LOL.
Oh...I have seen the trailers....those would give me nightmares for weeks. I will NOT play Dead Space!! The flood was enough...I mean, they would jump you out of nowhere...and I would freak out and turn off my flashlight...well....when I got it back on, let's just say I would've rather left it off! ROFL!
You gotta play Dead Space, then... it's a "space resident evil", LOL.

Halo is pretty awesome. I just got 3. Can't wait to play. I can't remember his name now, but the alien guy you can be....yeah he rocks. Master Chief pwns all though. >X3 Yes...I'm a Master Chief Fangirl. *laughs*
