Don't be too hard on yourself, because you knew that you wouldn't be able to break up with him in person (You have to do whatever that is best for you, regardless of what the other person thinks) and sometime over text is the best choice. Also he is a hypocrite....why can't you text but he can..? I also thought that if he didn't like the fact that you text him, he should have offer to talk to you in person and try to clear things out or something. And he should have not made you offer first.

I'm mad for you because he is shaming you like crazy, not letting you make your own decision and disrespecting your decision, BUT I'm glad and happy for you that you are moving on! Things can only look brighter from here! Please CHEER UP!! :D

You know, doing what you have to do Is the best possible thing you could have done. Especially if you felt that waiting around for one person is going to hold you back and quite Honestly, if that's the only way you could do it then there was nothing wrong with it. How ever that said time does go on and time does pass and no one will expect you to move on right away. He wasn't the only one who wasn't hurt in this. Over time you will feel better maybe not how you went about it but because where life leads you, you know?
