My mother has depression, so I can empathize. When I was younger, she frequently had mental breakdowns, was constantly stressed and angry, and cried all the time. As mentioned, I was quite young around this time, so I didn't understand that my mother had depression. I thought it was something that a crayon-and-construction paper card could fix, so I made them for her constantly. My mom has an entire filing cabinet drawer of them. She takes medication for it now, and is doing much better, but we always try to be considerate of her around the house, when we can't afford to re-fill her prescription.
Your doing a good thing I have a friend like that and i am not that normal myself and I more or less know how he feels but it helps a lot to have someone therethere so keep up the good work
We actually a nice conversation after the first of the year about how he's got to quit pushing me away and let me think for myself, and he's been doing so well. I'm proud of him. And I'm proud of myself for not giving up when things got rough.
And I thank you for being there for me.
I feel for both of you and I'm hoping that things get better for him and that you both manage to figure things out. This whole situation is really difficult and I have to admire you for being as strong, caring, and insightful as you have been. And however all of this works out, I'm here for you.
Happiness can be found, even in the darkest of times, if one only remembers to turn on the light.
