You HAVE to upload the sound file to somewhere like Mediafire(Some have put there voice memes on youtube) first, then give us the link to download it. Its how all voice memes are done.
Its how I did my voice meme, which is the only way, if your using TheOtaku or DeviantART.
On Tumblr you can just upload the Audio file I do believe.
