Heheh. I am going to feel the same way when I replace my laptop in the next couple months. I am actually thinking of getting two. I'll get a new Mac because I love those and a smaller cheaper Windows laptop for games online, if I decide I'll do them enough away from home. I haven't decided that part yet.
I actually never gave my computer or my saxophone a name. My sisters and brother did, but I never did. I guess I never thought of it even when 'she' has a very distinct personality, especially when it comes to my sister. My laptop hates working for her. It gets even slower than it already is.
Heh. Now I am rambling.
Miss you too, Matt. I miss your wallpapers too. Back in a Tsubasa and Fai mood now. Still have the wallpaper you made for me of him.
You already know the name :)
And you know the gender.
Just give it a chance to screw up and you'll have the name and gender out pretty damn quick.

You will get used to your new computer. Windows 7 is better, I suggest some simple online tutorial videos to get used to it and learn new and handy functions. Though I do understand you, old computers will always stay closer to our hearts. :)
I suggest Sweet Lovin Mamma. Then you can say things like "gotta boot up my Sweet Lovin Mamma" or "Man my Sweet Lovin Mamma has the best dimensions" or "got a date with my Sweet Lovin Mamma tonight". You will be the coolest person ever. Trust me.
