Funny that a bunch of my Japanese classmates who just happen to work in gaming retail were talking about either how fast Guitar Hero sold out or how the boxes are getting in the way cause no one's buyin' 'em.

Story is finished and posted ftw. Tried to cut it as much as possible, but it's a shade over 5,000 words -- hopefully it is 5,000 words of awesome and not 5,000 words of suck.

Bwahaha! Well, have you seen the new GH commercial? Featuring Kobe Bryant (in need of some positive press) Tony Hawk (who has to do anything Acti says since they license his games), Michael Phelps (how the hell else is a swimmer supposed to make money other than numerous endorsement deals?), and Derek Jeter (also likes teh endorsements)?
Personally, I like the setlist of RB2 better. I know a guy in WoW who picked up GH4 and says it's broxors.
Besides, Stephen Colbert endorses Rock Band. Have you played "Charlene (I'm Right Behind You)?

Yeah, a while ago I was still undecided about whether I wanted to get RB2 or GHWT, since I do really like GHWT's default set list... But I'm definitely going with RB2 now.
