Talk about late notices. You should see if they will roll over your registration. 'Cause, you know, they don't give out refunds but if you write them and explain, I would think that they'd allow you to roll over your normal registration for next year. Seems reasonable, considering.
I sort of have to agree with you in this area. The convention seems a little disorganized. When my manager asked for the schedule at one of the monthly meetings, he was told it was not ready. A day later, the forum administrator posted an announcement, HEY THE SCHEDULE WILL BE UP TODAY FOR ALL TO SEE SOON!
I'm like....uh....the staff should of gotten it a week in advance, what is this?
That and two other departments took ten of our SAS staff without telling us until 10 days before con. TEN DAYS! Not only that but a lot of staffers on Registration are being lazy loafers and making their unavailability more than their availability. (Which brings frustration to my friend who is manager of registration...)
Need I continue? (Also is Gail coming this year? I figured you would of heard of something from her.)

I'm sure they will issue you a refund, unlike the other local convention that takes (or took) place here *cough* At least they got back to you - lol.

They could have let you know that a bit earlier, like say before you bought your regular pass. They seems to be a bit disorganized this year.
