“About the melody, for the whole band rather than playing it frantically vigorous, it’s more about where in this song it can be called as show-like. While playing it, I thought it would be good if this song has capability to make people dance. The moment I received the song, it was a song which immediately filled my head with how we want to present this song in live or PV. That’s why for the arrangement, I made the outcome really simple. By the way, about [MY DEVIL ON THE BED], the subject of the lyrics is altogether filled up to the limit by erotic expression, I've been thinking about that point, too.
RUKI: Aa, because this is purely a SEX song (laughs).
-- So blunt (laughs).
RUKI: Because to convey about what meaning which exists in such song is also somewhat.... . Both the song and the sounds, it had an erotic feeling.
-- Sounds which has sex appeal for all the members.
RUKI: Right, right. That's why I thought there's no other choice than to make it a SEX song to the end. I'm saying this as a joke (laughs).

RUKI: When it comes to ballads, up until now there have been a lot of songs that are generally agonizing (laughs). But only for this one, it's a song that I wrote while being reminded of the peaceful and unduly wide night sky.

RUKI: That's right. To say it in one word, what's in here is a soul's scream. But it isn't just talking about deep matters. This time, in the booklet there's translation printed side by side with the original lyrics. So to start with, looking at it will be the quick way.

Ruki: It’s a happy ending
Uruha: I‘m happy about the front cover! To be known by more people is an honor
Aoi: I can’t really say a word but.. thank you

Q2. Your feeling when you listened to the completed sound in [TOXIC]?
Ruki: “Aah, so it was like this.”
Uruha: Honestly, I’m looking forward to expand without having any expectation or how I should put it, a fresh discovery
Aoi: The spoiled feeling in the end is GOOD!!
Reita: Dangerous—!! It’s cool!!

Q3. “TOXIC” = poison. A part in yourself which is like poison?
Ruki: Everything is streaked with poison
Uruha: My tendency to give up

Reita: I don’t want to do the same things as my surroundings

Ruki: Band!

Ruki: If I report it in one page, I think the good quality will be different
Uruha: There’s none, or perhaps I should say rather than listening to the points, I want everyone to listen to the whole thing
Aoi: Well, it’s a long-awaited album, so instead of shuffling I want people to listen to it with this flow
Reita: It might be interesting to listen to it in repeat!!
Kai: Let it pass and listen to it, then go back to first song and feel the connection, it’s interesting

Uruha: The sleepless night creating SE
Aoi: Finally the guitar techinican (for recording) arrived!
Reita: Overall the tension was high

Ruki: The toughness of creating sounds
Uruha: I want the flow of the live to hit into my body quickly
Aoi: Things like whether we can find bars which are open until morning or not
Reita: There are a lot of new songs……
Kai: Whether the sound will come together or not, since the drum set just got changed

Ruki: The silhouette of the suit
Uruha: Wide pants
Aoi: The cloth.. it’s easy to move
Reita: The first best!

Q9. In this year’s summer you performed at [Summer Sonic] for the first time! Please tell us your impressions of trying to stand on Summer Sonic’s stage.
Ruki: It was simply fun
Uruha: The most necessary event for the GazettE now!
Aoi: As I thought music is good (earnestly)
Reita: The feeling is so good!!
Kai: It was fun and we were exhausted. We want to come again next year.
Q10. You also appeared on an event belonged to your office [Peace & Smile Carnival]! What was the impressive thing?
Ruki: “Everyone is earnest, huh..”
Uruha: I thought, “Occassionally we have such events, huh..”
Aoi: It’s something weird, I thought if a band doesn’t have eagerness, the fans can’t be pleased.
Reita: It’s been a while since we went home after 3 songs
