It's a holiday for some provinces here in Canada, as well. Some of the western provinces had a holiday today, but the eastern one's didn't. I guess east and west are not on good speaking terms; kind of like some sort of Canadian gangsta feud, except we drive pick-up trucks with dogs riding in the backs of them.
