Once again displaying my vast lack of knowledge in all things internet, I don't really know what streaming is used for, haha. Is it only for gaming? If so, I can't really offer anything useful. Still, I do get drawn in once in a while watching someone play a game, even though I don't play 'em anymore. It's just mesmerizing and sometimes amusing to watch! Go for it.

Dude, go for it. Streaming is hella fun and it's also a good excuse to either play games you never got around to before or replay games that you love but never seem to find time for.

For audio, you should be able to stream Skype conversation while using a capture card. The stereo mix option in Windows' sound recording devices lets you stream any audio coming out of your PC's speakers/headphones, so you should just need to run the game audio through the capture card to the PC to mix it with Skype.

Feel free to ask me if you need any help getting stuff set up.

You should definitely go for it! I'm not a stellar gamer myself, so I won't mind the bumbling.

More power to you, bro. :3
