I still haven't got around to watching Steamboy. It's on my to-watch list, but I always forget about it. I guess it's because what I gleaned from reviews when it first came out didn't sway me enough. I like great animation, but I'm especially critical when it comes to mixing CG with cel-style animation. I guess I'll have to see it for myself to make a better judgement, though.

About Radiant Historia: Was the last scene you saw the one with Rosch and Sonja at the graves? 'Cause if so, then yeah you didn't get the super special starwhale ending. Although I think GameFAQs could help you on figuring out what you missed.
Yep, Little Norse Prince Valiant is a good movie. Animation holds up well, and the story isn't too shabby despite the budget limitations. It's on Netflix instant watch, too, so it's easy to find (though the English dub is kind of silly in parts).

The Girl With the Dragon Tattoo is an amazing movie, as are the others. I watched them all a few months ago. So amazing.
I liked Steam Boy, it was good. I do agree, however, that the story was a wee bit lacking.
Oh! Hey! I was going to watch Little Norse Prince Valiant. Is it worth my time?
Oh man, I guess I'll have to check Redline out, then. It sounds amazing!:O
I think you should keep in mind that Mass Effect is essentially entirely composed of side-quests. The main questline is surprisingly short once you get into it, and if you ignore anything that isn't directly related to that, I suspect you'd come away very disappointed.
Having that many side-quests allows the game to better showcase its combat system: for an RPG, having to cope with the real-time issue along with unassisted 3PS aiming (and unassisted 3PS magic) makes things suddenly more complicated than it might first seem.

@Shinmaru:
Alrighty, then. It's been on my Que for awhile so I'll watch it sooner than later. It's going to suck listening to it in English but I'll live.

@Pleiades Rising:
The CG in Steamboy is pretty smooth; it's hardly noticeable, unless you're really looking for it.

I absolutely loved Steamboy. The fact that Patrick Stewart is in the dub makes it even better.

Mass effect looks pretty fun, Craig has played both the first and the second one ^^
Steam Boy! I need to watch that again sometime...
