Yeah, the HCP movie was made more enjoyable thanks in large part to the villain, I think. He was a cool dude, I'd have him as my villain again any day. It was just a nice romp to have with the HCP crew again, whom I sorely missed. :V;;
Good ol' translation convention. The universal language is always the one the primary audience speaks.
Mostly the HCP movie was fun for me because of the villain and because it allowed me to make up crackpot theories about Glowy Heartcatch Orchestra Woman actually being the spirit of Cure Ange. Certainly didn't top the actual series finale, but it was fun nonetheless.

The Road was a laugh a minute.
I liked it, but it does keep you at a distance, yeah. Maybe because the whole mood and setting is always there, for lack of a better explanation.
