Yeah, after thinking about it, I too believe Sawyer is at least in the back of his mind planning to con Evil Locke. The writers have just spent too long portraying Sawyer as an ultimately good but extremely flawed person who has enough heart to do the right thing. He's pissed right now, but he is not going to ditch his friends ... although I would be shocked if he lived through the series.

Just wanna say: I'd prefer the reality where Locke isn't in the bath, as well. ;D
