lolz I didn't recognize Cummings, either, until he spoke. Then I did a doubletake.

Oh geeze, and I was trying to stay away from this series. I already have enough moe/fanservice fluff on my fall list. -_-
This episode made me want to see Envy rip out his own philosopher's stone and die in self-inflicted agony in glorious animation all the more. Honestly, I had always wondered why the weaselly little bastard was allowed to live as long as he did in the manga, but the death Arakawa gave him was so perfect I had to respect the decision in the end.
Personally, I didn't think the color ruined the effect quite so much as how jarring the CGI was compared to the rest of the scene, but I'd probably drop some bricks either way, myself.

The CGI is a bit weird, yeah. It is masked about as well as it could possibly be, but still, it definitely looks out of place.
