Kishimoto's characters just get weirder each day. The earliest villains are by far the coolest/most realistic ones (e.g. Zabuza & Haku, Itachi). Same goes for jutsus, look at the weird things they do nowadays, plus there's hardly a need for hand seals too. Kinda makes you wonder if this is a ninja world at all. Well, probably just my taste.
Haha, damn right. There were explosions and even the great Sannin didn't sense it at all. What was the kekkai for again? Or did they forget to tell the Hokage? @_@

It's amazing that the designs for the other hosts of the tailed beasts were just released after they all died... Makes my flash back senses tingle.
