Ehm, I do not know how to choose winners yet, my first challenge hasn't ended, but I think it won't be too hard :P
Prizes can be anything, or nothing. Most of the times three people win prizes, sometimes like a gift en subscription, or that you make an ecard/wallpaper/fan art for them, and sometimes people actually give stuff like a month of premium membership and stuff, but that's up to you ^^
Entries is also your choice. It can be unlimited entries, if you want to, or you say 'only 1 (or 2, of 5, whatever) entries each'.

Congratulation! =D It's quite easy really n.n You go to whatever challenge you want it to be (Like wallpaper, e-card, whatever) And then you choose 'challenges', and than, in the upper right, click 'create challenge'. You enter title and description (like rules or prizes if you give them), than choose a category, if any, like Kingdom Hearts, than you choose how long people have, and you can invite members if you want to ;)
