Avalanche of Pups...
So the Puppies were finally born...but it was a bittersweet event for all involved.
This was Dutchess' first ever litter and she gave birth to a grand total of 13 babies. 13!! ...and out of those 13, 6 were born dead or died soon after. It's very sad.I can only assume that with a litter so big, They simply just did not get the nutrients they needed to live. They were all so small.
So we ended up having 7 live, until today. One of the 7 had puppy fade syndrome. Which basically means that they appe4ared to be normal but slowly degraded over the next few days. I tried to bottle feed him and keep him warm as much as I could. It just simply didn't work.
*sighs* It's a sad day.

Hello folks, let's try this again shall we?
Made it back to Florida in one piece. which is nice but there is a loooooot to keep up with nowadays. We have 12 acres of land packed full of garden, pasture, pond and livestock. No cows yet, though we have been talking about it. We have Chickens though...lots of chickens. They recently started laying, which is great. But my cup overfloweth with eggs. 
Good news is I can mix egg with the dog's food and it's great protein. They need it too. Cane Corsos are big dogs...and we are planning on breeding them. Yay Puppies!
Been working diligently to update my blogs here and clean up my Tumblr and Deviant Art. It's a load of work. I'm several hours into it and I'm still not done. Big problem is Tiny pic and photobucket aren't doing so great with graphics/pictures and the like anymore. Been phased out with bigger better hosts. So I have been transferring all my stuff over to other platforms...At least the stuff I can save. Luckily DeviantArt can host most of it...so Yay.
And I relaunched Otaku Confessions!!!
It's refreshing to be back. I hope to stay for a good long while and make many new friends. I miss this.
