Some people think it's tissue damage... my ribs and lungs are constantly growing and I'm used to sharp pains in the chest... but it's right below my ribs... (And I know what the stress one feels like! This isn't it!)
That happens a lot to me...
It usually passes in after you sleep, it's just either Stress, or you ate something funny... :/
Did you hit your stomach or anything?
