No, I dont think the state of Wisconsin has used up their snow budget yet. But my little hometown takes its sweet ass time in getting snow off the road, my neighbor actually plowed the street we live on.
I want some of your snow. Now. B/ We were supposed to get at least four or five more inches than we ended up with. The Detroit area always gets hosed when it comes to massive amounts of snowfall, because it all peters out before it hits Lansing... so I'd be happy to take some off your hands.
I didn't shovel anything. XD; I took my shovel out of my car when me and my friends went romping around, but my car was cleaned off any everything, which was surprising. My mom told me to get rid of the drifts around it and start up the car for the big chill tonight, so I'll be doing that in a bit.
Gary and the rest of Northwest Indiana were still getting hit with snow last I checked. But thats impressive that you made it into the city today when damn near everything is shut down and digging out.

I survived snow-mageddon! haha. I don't have any decent windows so I can't see if it's still snowing outside. But I did walk through the snow drifts earlier today to prove I could make it to school even with a blizzard >.>

I heard New York actually used up their year's snow-removal budget. Hopefully Wisconsin hasn't quite reached that level just yet.
