It has to be in the correct format. The video has to be a link, and the image, I think can only be JPEG. To make it JPEG, open paint and just save it as something new, then at the bottom menu, pick what you want to turn it into.
It looks like you know how to use the :image: and :vedeo: thing.....I sorry to say I don't know much about it myself, I tryed putting up an image and it worked...........I don't know sorry I couldn't be of any use -_____-
