Eek! I get squeamish just thinking about that. Glad your doggy is okay! I wonder how it managed to do that...probably scraped it or banged it on something. Ouch! Yeah, that would scare me too. And yes, animal health care is very expensive because they know people will pay ridiculous prices if it means keeping their loving pets alive.
