So basically I just found this recipe... It looks similar to the carrot cake recipe I have with exception to a few ingredients. I love carrot cake, so I wonder how yummy this one would turn out... Gotta first convert ...metric to English units... (Americans really should just change to metric...)

I've never been all that much a fan of carrot cake, but A-ko (who is so reading over my shoulder right now) has frantically written it down and thanks you so very much.
I'm sure you could bake it if you tried ^^ you just have to mix everything well and pop it in the oven really. That, and make sure not to open the oven door til the time is up ^^ otherwise you'll get a flat cake! X3
Aww. If I could, i'd give you a slice. Actually, i can't eat the cake myself as it is a gift for a friend. I had some mix left over though, so I made two little cupcake sized ones ^^ I've iced them and they are sitting in the kitchen looking rather yummy.
