I base the cosplay off of what I actually look like. I'd hate to Cos as a character that I'm no where near as busty as O-o or as tall as >.<
I love Anthy!!! Utena was one of my first and favorite anime, aside from Vampire Hunter D and Sailor Moon.
I'd say Pokemon Gijinkas are easy and there's no "set" way of doing a costume for them. It can be as detailed or as plain as you want!!! I think my next one is mos def going to be a gijinka!

Yoruichi Shihoin from Bleach
Orihime from Bleach
