GIMP 2.0 and Paint Tool SAI!! Gimp is free, just google it and you should be able to download it...SAI does cost money but if you don't want to spend, just search for a crack -_- go to youtube and type in Paint Tool SAI for free they're both better and easier to use than Photoshop, in my opinion...
