It's great your aunt seems to be recovering well
This probably doesn't help since you already have the story planned out, but maybe finishing that story would help you know where you stand and what you could do from there. Good luck with new ideas ^^

Ideas are things that can't really be forced. I'm sure they'll come to you. If not, maybe look up a YouTube video on how to inspire yourself.
