Sorry to hear you're not feeling well. It sounds to me you have a stomach virus. I get those all the time. You don't usually get a fever with it. If you can't hold anything down and feel dehydrated for 24 hoursor was it 12 hours? you might have to go to the ER. Either way, I hope you get well soon.
