Ano, that's really strange. I've been using fanfiction all week and it's been coming up just fine. I even just checked the doc=manger like you did and it just came up perfectly.
I wouldn't worry too much about it, I've hit a few bugs with the sight too. Just give it some time, a couple of hours to a day, and it should work for you. If it doesn't, well...I'm not sure. I hope I've helped.
