no that's how the pierce belly buttons. it's a ring that goes in the top and through the belly button. miyavi does have a lip ring >.> i drew it in all my artwork and i was referencing from a picture. it's just like they do a nose ring. there's a spike or ball on the end of the ring that screws on and off to take it out.
