Oh, heck, no, it's pure salt, non-treated, non-whatever.....plus it still has particles of sand on it and I ain't washing it, it'll melt away......I keep that as a natural 'gem' on my desk

sugoi desu yo! I have an amethist medalion.....haven't worn it for quite a while, but still have it somewhere in my stone collection.....among other stuff.....
what I have this big is from some salty lakes almost fist-size block of salt and haven't melted at all(I think is a little bigger than that-double!)
