My history teacher rarely showed movies, but she was really good at lecturing so that class was pretty cool :) Also she was the type of history teacher who knew all the random funny stuff people don't normally know.
But in PE movies are definitely a good thing haha but I haven't had PE since 10th grade xD

Yep. Mostly in history and the last year of PE. It bugged me in history, but not in PE, the more movies we watched the less we ran xD

I never saw a cartoon, I heard there was a movie too but that just sounds bad in so many ways. My teachers didn't like showing movies -__-

It was good, though the cartoon version my teacher showed us afterwards was pretty dull.

We read Animal Farm in 10th grade too. I liked that one slightly more back then, probably because we didn't have to write an essay about it.

I wish we read it in 10th grade! I read it of my own free will and loved it <3 I'm an Orwell fan, I think he was really brilliant and also had a twisted sense of humor.

I was planning on catching up to Black Butler (English) but someone checked out all the volumes from the library >__> they checked out all of Blue Exorcist as well...so tomorrow, I'm getting all of Ouran from vol. 6 onwards.

Haha, I didn't know what to make of the ending, but yes, it was very 1984-esque! I think I would get more out of that book now than when I was forced to read it in 10th grade.

I will watch it as well! Though I fail to see how they continue after an ending like that. As much as I hated the ending I loved it too, haha. Very 1984-esque.

Totally! The whole room was into it xD I felt sorry for the guys next to us, they had no idea what they had walked into xD they were so confused at the reactions and didn't get what was going on, but by the end I heard them make plans to marathon it.

Strangely enough, no. I did see many more DGM and Pandora Hearts cosplay this year as opposed to last con. SAO was by far one of the most popular.

I ended the con the same as last year: watching Ouran xD They were smart enough to set aside a large viewing room this time!

OMG. Free! Lol. So I haven't seen the show either (all glorious ONE EPISODE of it and all) because it is, obviously, for the purpose of fanservice. But because of my tumblr dashboard (lol) I have seen some pretty funny stuff involving it. And I know it's a huuuuuge thing now for some reason. I've seen some pictures of cosplays.
You probably are seeing a bunch of Attack on Titan cosplays as well
