Ah the wonders of tulle! :D I'm not a dress wearer but I love like dance dresses, not party dresses or cocktail dresses, but homecoming/prom/wedding dresses XD

the only down side to it, is there is an under layer that has some poofy stuff that makes it poof out a little bit, and its kinda scratchy lolz, but i still love it :D
