So, right now, i think your stuck in a case of spiraling depression.
Here's some questions to help you reflect w/ your conscience:
Do you know exactly why you're depressed? Can you still recall how you've felt before all this? Does this depression seriously hurt you down to the core, or is it simply a small problem your making a big deal out of? Do you know whom you can rely on at times like this, and if so, what did they say, what did they do? And lastly, do you truly want to change?
Sorry if any of these questions may offend you, but this is all i can do help atm~
