Life is: what you make it
I'm not just an otaku, I'm also a BookNerd (that's a whole other website/community believe it or not).
Sometimes these two parts of me kind of combine themselves without me realizing.
Like I'll be reading a book and whenever a character says thank you, or I'm sorry, or something like that, I'll imagine them bowing like they would in a manga/anime. But the books I read are about people from the U.S. or Europe or COUNTIES WHERE PEOPLE DO NOT BOW. EVER.
I'm reading The Selection right now and there are some maids that treat this girl like a princess and they say things like 'as you wish' . Even as I'm reading the words ' they curtsied ' I picture them bowing.
What's up with that?! @_@
This seems like a good place to talk or 'ramble on' about my life.
I can say things I've been wanting to say for a long time but couldn't because I'm just a lonely otaku with no one to talk to.
Yay. :)
And it's also exciting because this is my first world.
I wasn't very active when I just joined theOtaku and I saw all this amazing art that made me feel like a preschooler doing little crayon drawings.
But I'm more courageous now so here goes. >:)
