I've got two:
1. I know that you have to use scans that are ok for other artists to use in wallpaper making. I think minitokyo.net is supposed to be a 'safe scan' site (meaning you can use them so long as you link to the original scan). Or you can make your own artwork for the wallpaper like I probably would.
2. You could ask Klassic or Darkarax for help... they make a lot of wallpapers. XxArrancarFanxX too.
