I know right? It probably happened because of some of the helper cheats... and more than likely if they bought a used game, someone could've altered the effects of what happens when a pokemon is poisoned

Hm, this one actually sounds sorta realistic.
Man, I need to catch myself up in the world of Pokemon.XD I had to look up what a riolu was, and I'm about to look up a Ho-oh.
I think I'll buy myself SoulSilver when I get the money. Since Silver was the first game I ever played. and I think for the sake of my childhood, I'm going to get a cydentquil and name it Tiger.XDDDD

The main character, Dart... Well, He was about to die, but I didn't have any potions left so I figured he'd survive until we got to the next place. Instead, a few minutes after he got out of the battle that he almost died in, a little box came up when I was on the map. I never had any problems/glitches with the game until then. It said, "I'd help you if you were dying."
At that point I was like, ".-." And I left it alone, then I got to the place and he killed Shana and Rose and was like, "How about I just take the life of your other pawns..." And suddenly his health was all the way up and at that point I just shut the game off, told my dad and got a new version. xD
