Well, perhaps you could try just typing a simple recap (just a little bit at a time) then you could add more to it later. =3 Sometimes the best way to get inspired is to just start even if you don't want to XD I should know, it's almost my life's story XD;

I would assume the festival is like a week or so. Seeing as how it takes preperation and people and resources, blah blah blah Just having it for a day would be a waste.
