Me: I realized the difference between sleeping with a lava lamp/neon light and with every light turned off, you're less drained of energy with the lights all off. The lights on when you're trying to sleep actually take away some of the energy within your body for your muscles and metabolism to help fuel the lights

Me: Maybe get some more sleep and turn off as many lights that may be on in your room. the lights tend to drain energy from you if their left on while you sleep

Adding to that in highschool and middleschool you have to get to certain classes at a certain time or you'll be counted being late for class, even if it's half a second. It sucks that it can't be at least like elementary where you don't have to be late and you should get where you're going... School really does waste time though >>
