He also has a red footprint insignia on the back of his jacket that corresponds with the tip of his tail.*
*I looked up more information on Smeargle and they have their footprint imprinted on their back with the color of paint they use. Because Mear has a red insignia on his jacket, it is known that he uses red paint.

Hm! What about, maybe like every month or two you change out the banner and background to another one that a member has made? So everyone gets a turn to show off their artwork?
